Commercial painting

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by SOS Painting are:

Subject to on-site inspection: Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions
Valid for 30 days: Quotes expire after 30 days unless otherwise specified
Non-binding: Until a written contract is signed by both parties

Important: Estimates are approximations. Actual costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your contract:

Deposit: May be required before work begins
Progress payments: May be required for larger projects
Final payment: Due upon project completion

4. Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY: SOS Painting does not offer refunds once work has commenced. All sales are final.

5. Warranty

1-YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR: We stand behind our workmanship with a one-year warranty on all labor.

What's Covered

Defects in workmanship
Peeling or flaking caused by improper application
Issues resulting from our work processes

What's NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by property owner or third parties
Underlying surface issues
Color fading
Material defects (covered by manufacturer)
